After the surgeon counsels and consents the patient, our team takes it from there—history and physical, clearances, consents, drop prescriptions, and records—and delivers a completed packet for your staff to review.

$19 per completed patient, billed once regardless of time spent. A second-eye surgery requested within 90 days is included.
